Brad Allen
president
Brad is the President and co-owner of Valley Land Title Company, and is also the owner of The Law Office of L. Brad Allen, P.C.. Brad was born in Sallisaw and his family has been in Sequoyah County for over 175 years. Brad graduated from Northeastern State University in 1995. Since 1995, Brad has practiced law in eastern Oklahoma, specializing in real estate law. Brad is a member of the Cherokee Nation and lives on the family farm in Northwestern Sequoyah County with his wife and three children.
Linda Rutherford

Linda has worked at Valley Land since 2005 and is the head of our Closing Department. Linda and her husband Eddie have three daughters and five grandchildren.
Linda McClanahan

Linda has worked at Valley Land since 1995. She is a licensed abstractor, a licensed title insurance agent and is the head of our Title Insurance Department. Linda and her husband Gary have been married for thirty-five years, have one daughter and two grandchildren.
Sarah Garcia
Abstractor & Title Insurance
Sarah has worked at Valley Land since 2008. She is a licensed abstractor and title insurance agent and has worked in the abstracting industry since 2003. She also assists in the Title Insurance Department when needed. Sarah, her husband David, and her son live in rural Sequoyah County.
Melva Parish
CPA | Closing
Melva has lived in Sequoyah County her entire life. She is a graduate of Sallisaw High School and Northeastern State University. She has Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and received her CPA certification in 2006. She is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Melva has served as Valley’s accountant since 2006 and joined the Closing Department in 2012. She and her family reside in the Akins area and raise beef cattle.
Becky Toney
Abstractor
Becky has worked at Valley Land since 1991. She is a licensed abstractor and is currently the head of our Abstracting Department after working in the Closing Department for nine years. Becky and her husband Alan have been married for twenty-six years and have two children.
Darla Sizemore
Closing
Darla started working at Valley Land in July 2015, prior to that she worked as a Legal Secretary and an Administrative Assistant. She is a member of our Closing Department. Darla was born in Sallisaw and recently moved back to her hometown in May 2015. Darla has two children.
